Monster Bibs

A couple of days ago, my cute sister of 3 darling boys found this DARLING bib on Pinterest and jokingly mentioned that I should make it for her youngest.  If you know me, you should know that I am insanely busy almost all of the time.  That's why she was joking.  Although, Princess P has been crazy sick for the past few days so I had a few minutes to myself.  I made one for my cute little nephew, Easton and then made one for the Princess P too.

These bibs are SOO easy and just downright adorbs.  Not too time consuming after getting the first couple made either.
Here they are!

Aren't they cute?  I told ya!

Here they are on them!!  Cute huh?  Easton and miss Paizli in their cute monster hats.  Easy to make and darling.

Clutch

I got a sewing machine for Christmas!!  Yay!  I have such a thoughtful hubby who knows that I'm obsessed with crafting.  So -officially- for my very first project, instead of having to carry around a bulky, heavy purse all the time, I thought I'd make a cute clutch.  A clutch to put lipstick, phone, any necessary item in to go to a party or any get together for that matter.  Here it is!

Outside front
 Flap open
Inside pocket

Ok...so obviously it's not a piece of art, BUT it is a really cute concept and not all that hard to make.  For future reference, if any of my followers make this, make sure you use a very thick material close to upholstery material so as to keep shape and not be limp. Also!!  It's important to have Dritz's magnetic snaps, not just regular.  The regular was a pain in the patoot to sew on!
And last but not least, I can't in all good conscience take credit for the pattern so a big thank you to the purl bee at this address: http://www.purlbee.com/wedding-clutch/.  Go check it out!!  Super cute and super fun and easy to make!  Good Luck!
